PokemonGo having trouble((((

I am having trouble logging into Pokemon dot com. I have a Trainer Club account although I haven't used it for some time. I verified my username and reset my password but the site still says my username and/or password is incorrect and won't allow me to log on. Please help so I can play Pokemon Go.
